Our story began in May of 1996 when we decided we would adopt. Due, in part, to National Public Radio and a week long series on China and the growing number of adoptions from China, our journey took off.

With this web site, we share our experiences, our ups and our downs, the wait and the arrival of Emma Caroline, our one in 1,236 Million!
