Here's a look at Emma's first year with us. At the time of this writing, Emma has been with us for a little more than ten months. She has been a joy, a delight, a wonderful little girl. She has grown so much in so many ways. It has been a truly enlightening experience to watch her grow. Knowing what she has been through, the adjustments she has had to make and, the changes she has seen is more than my 47 year old mind can comprehend. How Emma, at two years old, has managed all this, is beyond the scope of my life's experiences. She has learned so much - and so have we.
